Refund Requirements


If you are unhappy with any coffee, tea, or accessory product purchased through martinezfinecoffees.com, please send the product back to us at the following address:

Upon receipt of the product at the above address, a 100% refund of the product cost plus the cost of shipping will be refunded to the customer’s credit card with which the product was purchased.*

*If you do not return any product, you will not receive any refund or be able to exchange the product.



Accessing Return Information


If you need to send a product back to us for credit or exchange, please call our Customer Service Department fill out the form below. Exchanges


If you are unhappy with anything that you receive or wish to exchange for merchandise of equal value, we are happy to exchange it for you. Exchange items will be shipped once the original item has been received.

For immediate exchanges, please call our Customer Service Department for assistance. All returned items will be inspected for damage and charges will be assessed before a new item is sent. We are not responsible for damage during shipping.

In the event you receive damaged product, call our Customer Service Department for an immediate replacement.




Shipping Cost


The original shipping costs will be reimbursed along with product cost for returned or damaged items. J Martinez & Company is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.

We generally ship the same day for orders made before noon Eastern Time.

Shipping charges can be calculated prior to signing in or checking out by going to "My Cart" and entering in your zip code. We offer a variety of methods.

We ship internationally. Shipping charges include transportation only. For some countries additional customs fees and/or duties may be payable upon receipt of the coffee.
