Brother Basil dedicates his labours in the kitchen to God. Fortunately for us, we can enjoy the fruits of his labours here on earth!

Selected fruit are steeped in peach brandy and sherry until they are rich and mellow. His fruit-cake is a moist, traditional Southern fruit-cake.

Packed in a tin it keeps well.
