Wouldn't it be great if regular (non-commercial) customers could order Martinez coffees as green, unroasted beans? It seems weird to be able to choose the degree of roast, but not "no roast"; (without setting up a commercial account and ordering a minimum of 20 lbs of Blue Mountain).

The NY Time Sunday Magazine cover story yesterday wrote up light roasts as its "Innovation that Will Change Your Tomorrow". It would be great if Martinez's loyal customers could experiment with home roasting.
