Why is J. Christopher's Coffee so Good?
The coffee is so good because J. Christopher's gets its coffee locally from one of Atlanta's oldest specialty coffee roasters, J. Martinez & Company. Since 1988 we have been a pioneer in single origin coffees, and have been featured in the Wine Spectator, Cigar Aficionado, and The New York Times. We have Atlanta’s largest selection of estate and single origin coffees available at our roasting facility. Our selection ranges from three different Jamaica Blue Mountain estate coffees to outstanding Sumatran, Yemeni, Kenyan beans, and other extraordinary coffees from the best growing regions in the world. The flavor profiles, from bright and fruity, to rich with hints of chocolate, always reflect the best lots of the estate or region we source from.
But selecting the green coffee is only the first step. We roast daily to order to ensure that your coffee is as fresh as possible. We offer medium and dark roasts, depending on the coffee and its characteristics. We vacuum pack the coffee to ensure it maintains its freshness for as long as possible. We will even grind the coffee to your specifications.
You may not be able enjoy the coffee at J. Christopher’s every day, but you can enjoy their signature coffee at home. J. Martinez & Company supplies select J. Christopher’s restaurants with a special roast of Costa Rican coffee.
